so, rtest has, obviously, being going through some dramatic changes and improvements lately. It's getting hard to keep track of them and I keep saying to myself: "You know you wrote at tool specifically for that"

So, after adding yet another feature that i'm reasonably confident I'll forget when it comes to make the changelog, i downloaded my `changelog_manager` tool.

1/?

1. great readme, but...
2. NO FUCKING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 🤦‍♀️
3. a `run_me_first.sh` to install dependencies BUT NO BUILD script.
4. after remembering how the eff to build stuff in crystal, 💥 because of a language feature deprication.

I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO WORK ON THIS THING TODAY. I JUST WANTED A CHANGELOG 😿

Ok, there were installation instructions but they were under a "How to get it" heading in the middle of a long list, and that pointed you to a different page.

* problems with deprecations have been addressed
* added a build script
* improved README

It could still love some TLC and like a "wtf is this thing" entry. How could i write so much and NOT write that?

i have, of course, completely forgotten what i was doing with rtest when i fell down this rabbit hole. :/
